These terms apply to grocery orders placed with Klife Foods Ltd through our website and mobile app. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders & payment

Orders are accepted when we confirm them. Payment is by bank transfer using the reference shown at checkout unless another method is displayed. Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Delivery

Next-day delivery is available when you order by 2pm, subject to stock and delivery area. You must provide a complete UK address. Risk in the goods passes on delivery or collection.

Food quality & allergens

Products are labelled in line with Natasha's Law. Always check allergen information on the product page and on the pack. Contact us immediately if an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect.

Cancellations & returns

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched from your account. Perishable groceries cannot usually be returned once delivered unless they are faulty or not as described.
